Step #1: Reach out to your Private Client Advisor to let them know that you would like to source a watch that’s not currently listed for sale on the platform. They will need the following information for the watch you would like sourced:

  • Model name or reference number

    • Don’t know it? Send your Private Client Advisor a picture!

  • Relative condition i.e. unworn or pre-owned

  • Accompanying accessories i.e. box, papers, both or neither

Step #2: Once all of that information is gathered, give your Private Client Advisor approximately 3-5 business days to find a suitable example of the watch you’re looking to have sourced. Depending on the watch, it may take longer to find exactly what you’re looking for based on multiple factors including rarity, condition requested, accompanying accessories requested, etc. Either way, your Private Client Advisor will keep you up to date along the way!

Step #3: Your Private Client Advisor will share photos and information about the example that was sourced. Once you’ve finished reviewing the information, you will notify your Private Client Advisor if you would like to move forward with purchasing.

Step #4: The listing will be published for you to purchase the watch!
