The trade-in process is incredibly easy and can be broken down into the following five steps:

Step #1 - Send the following information, including requested images, to your Private Client Advisor regarding the watch you would like to trade-in:

  • Model or reference number

  • Year

  • Condition notes, if any

  • Accompanying accessories, if any

  • Images (see guide below)

Step #2 - Once we have all of the requested information and images, you will receive a quote within 2-3 business days. For the trade-in to be valid, you must accept the quote within 48 hours.

Step #3 - If you agree to the quote, your Private Client Advisor will send you a pre-paid fully insured FedEx shipping label for you to ship the watch to our office overnight.

Step #4 - Ship the watch to Bezel for inspection using the following guide on how to properly pack the watch for shipment (start on Step 2). We must receive the watch within three business days of acceptance of your quote.

Step #5 - Once our team inspects the watch and verifies everything looks the way it should, we'll issue you Bezel Credit directly to your account which can be used towards the purchase of another watch on the platform. Please note, you will be responsible for applicable sales tax for the full amount of the watch you will be purchasing with your Bezel Credit (which can also be used towards the sales tax).
