While it does not happen often, the trade-in offer is subject to adjustment. Here are some reasons that may cause your trade-in offer to be adjusted once inspected:

  • The watch is in a worse condition than what was presented during the initial phase of the trade-in process;

  • The watch is missing accessories that it was supposed to be accompanied with;

  • The watch is not functioning properly;

  • The watch is a different year than what was presented;

  • The watch is a different reference from what was presented.
