The following items are not eligible for return:
Watches for which a return is requested more than 24 hours after the watch is delivered;
Watches with the hang tag missing or removed;
Watches that have been personalized, engraved or polished at the behest of the buyer between the time of order and delivery;
Watches that have been modified, damaged, or worn;
Watches that have been presented to the buyer in person before sale; and
Watches that are missing any items sold with the watch.
