Funds are only released to sellers into their Bezel account upon successful authentication of the watch that was sold. If you have not yet received the funds for a watch that you sold on the platform, your order may have been deemed high risk due to fraud or not as described in the listing. Bezel is looking into the transaction more deeply to determine whether the watch will be sent to the end buyer or returned to the seller in concert with our Authentication Policy.
