If you receive your watch and believe it is in a different condition than what was described in the listing, please contact us within two days and describe the issue so we can assist in resolving it. This can be done by emailing help@getbezel.com or through the Bezel app on your order page. If we agree that your item’s condition does not match the listing, you will receive a full refund or have the option to receive a suitable replacement.
