Buyers are able to cancel a fixed price marketplace order up to two hours after placing it or until the seller confirms the order, whichever occurs first. Sellers have up to one business day to confirm an order.
If the seller has confirmed your order, buyers will be charged the requisite amount via their chosen payment method. In the event a buyer decides they do not want an item that was ordered, they are welcome to relist it on Bezel or return the watch, in accordance with our Return Policy.
